Amateur astronomy Richard Luecke will explain our current understanding of the Milky Way. Indoor presentation from 7:30pm – 8:30pm on Thursday, August 21st. Weather permitting, attendees invited outdoors for a laser-guided tour of Maine's night sky and viewing of star clusters, nebulae through a large astronomical telescope (8:30 – 10:00pm).
