Join The Discussion About Racism

Porter Memorial Library in Machias will host a virtual book discussion about racism, facilitated by Elizabeth Sprague, and sponsored by Maine Humanities Council. The virtual book group is scheduled to meet via Zoom on Tuesday evenings from 6 to 7:30 p.m. starting February 23 and continuing through March 16.

Adults and teens are encouraged to join facilitator Elizabeth Sprague for the book group hosted by Porter Memorial Library. Registration and participation in the virtual discussion are free. Copies of Stamped: Racism, Antiracism, and You will be provided to registrants, and must be returned to Porter Memorial Library when the series is complete.
