Acadia’s Puffins, Peregrines, and Loons with Schoodic Institute

Schoodic Institute’s Seth Benz leads this leisurely tour to enhance enjoyment of birds in/around Acadia. Learn sight identification, bird habitats, and behavior. Based at Schoodic Institute. Cost $1,295 per participant. Day 1: Check-in 3pm, orientation 4:30pm, field birding, dinner, puffin presentation. Day 2: Morning bird walk, breakfast, travel to Steuben for 2-hr Petit Manan Island cruise (puffins, razorbills, terns), lunch, blueberry barrens habitat birding. Day 3: Bird walk, loon sanctuary, Peregrine Falcon eyrie, Cadillac Mountain Summit, dinner. Day 4: Bird walk, breakfast, stroll to Schoodic Point. Checkout 10:00am. Price includes lodging, meals, van travel, boat fare, guiding fees.
