Many local businesses have developed ways to adapt so that residents and visitors can feel safe while businesses remain open. Governor Mills has issued a “Stay Healthy at Home” Executive Order that requires Maine residents to stay at home except for essential jobs or essential activities. The Governor amends, rescinds, or renews orders as events develop in Maine, including the timeline to ease restrictions as events improve.
